Label: Tetramethylrhodamine isothiocyanante (TRITC) (Molecular Weight 444D). Absorption Wavelength: 550nm Emission Wavelength: 570nm. Fluorochrome/Protein Ratio: 2.8 moles TRITC per mole of Goat IgG. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
