Job Title
- Play an active role in the R&D department.
- Responsible for R&D of parasitology projects, designing and implementing project
experimental protocols, analyzing experimental reports, identifying problems and solving
them in a timely manner.
- Responsible for literature interpretation, collecting the latest industry information, and
integrating resources to achieve transition analysis from proof of concept to mature
technology.
- Adapt and customize existing technologies to meet the team's goals.
- Find new ways to address challenges and overcome R&D bottlenecks.
- Conduct meetings for technical communication and training of the team.
- Master's degree or above, majoring in parasitology related field. Good theoretical knowledge
of the field.
- Experience in parasite detection, culture and sequencing is preferred.
- Ability to handle multiple R&D projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage different R&D projects.
- Ability to work with limited supervision and to handle more difficult problems.
- Ability to read specialized literature and keep track of industry developments.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- High level of responsibility and patience, good cooperation and team spirit.
- Responsible for parasitology related market research, collecting industry related
information and integrating resources.
- Responsible for product promotion and feedback of market dynamics.
- Responsible for international sales of products and services, as well as customer
relationship development and maintenance.
- Responsible for holding meetings or conferences to communicate with customers and answer
their concerns.
- Establish and maintain long-term stable relationships with customers.
- Master's degree or above, majoring in parasitology related field. Basic knowledge of the
field.
- Sales experience is preferred, or familiarity with key technologies in the field of
parasitology is preferred.
- Possess sales skills applicable to the market.
- Good communication skills and ability to work under pressure.
- High level of responsibility and patience, good cooperation and team spirit.
- Accept frequent travel.
