Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-goat serum, anti-peroxidase, as well as purified and partially purified glutathione S-transferase Schistosoma japonicum. Cross reactivity against glutathione-S-transferase from other sources may occur but has not been specifically determined.

Usage
Anti-GST Antibody, peroxidase conjugated is suitable for immunoblotting, ELISA, immunohistochemistry, immunomicroscopy as well as other antibody based assays using peroxidase conjugates requiring lot-to-lot consistency. Optimal concentrations in these or other immunoassays should be determined by the researcher. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
Presentation
Lyophilized from 10 mg/mL BSA (protease and Ig free), 0.02 M potassium phosphate, pH 7.2, 0.15 M NaCl, 0.01% gentamicin. Do NOT add sodium azide.
Reconstitution
Reconstitute in 1 mL of deionized water.
