Description
The Plasmodium Ovale qPCR Kit is employed to identify the presence of Plasmodium ovale in samples of whole blood or mosquitoes using real-time PCR systems. Plasmodium ovale is a type of parasitic protozoa that induces tertian malaria in humans. The kit comprises a dedicated and pre-prepared system designed specifically for detecting Plasmodium ovale. Throughout the PCR process, the optical unit of the real-time systems emits fluorescence, which is then measured.
