Description
The Plasmodium Ovale Wallikeri qPCR Kit is utilized to detect the presence of Plasmodium Ovale Wallikeri using real-time PCR systems. Plasmodium Ovale Wallikeri refers to a subspecies of parasitic protozoa that causes tertian malaria in humans. In 2010, it was discovered that the two subspecies of Plasmodium ovale, although morphologically identical, possess distinct genetic characteristics. The kit includes a specific and readily available system designed for detecting Plasmodium Ovale Wallikeri. Throughout the PCR process, the optical unit of the real-time systems emits fluorescence, which is then measured.
